This is a really good idea, KDE needs a binary news client.
But how do I compile it? The package does not come with a configure script or makefile? |

Yakuake were already the best console out there, so this beta slaughters the competition. The interface has improved a lot and the new usability will certainly come in handy. Great work!
I've got some things that I'd like to see in upcoming releases:
· An easy way to see if Yakuake is focused or not, e.g. by dimming the skin a bit. Maybe it can already be done with the skins?
· The Settings context menu (right click on the console body) should be moved to the Configure Yakuake dialog. I think that would be more consistent with other KDE apps, and so newcomers would have an easier time with it.

Wow, cool script. Looks like it crashes when i click Configure in the Script Manager though:

This is a really good idea. I've been looking for something like this. Unfortunately, I have some compiling problems. Seems make removes the configure script and then tries to find it:

I'm not exactly used to compiling stuff myself, so if I'm just being ignorant about something normal please point that out.
