I know one thing, IE faster download useless toolbars, can faster crash your system, and install some spyware. |

Hello, i'm fan of kde, but currently not using it :)
I can tell you my first experience with linux, not sure what distribution it was, but it had gnome and kde.
by that time, first i tryed kde.
It's really simple i thought, and the dialogs and other things looks like windows, so it's really of use, lots of options which allows to make it more i like it tooked place at my heart ;).
So i wanted to try what gnome is. After it loaded, it made me confused. "very interesting" main menu(start button) is sorted. I spent few hours to understand how it works, and how to use it. And then brilliant idea came to me:
"Gnome sux, because it's based on GTK, so GTK sux too". Other things that is based on GTK started to suck.

It's nice to see, that some great apps like karamba is around kde desktop.
But the question is, why people make stupid karambas themes?
Don't you remmember what time is it?
or what kde version you using it?
maybe you forgot how many rams you have?
probably karamba is made to make life more easy not to see it twice from different sides... |

I have tried many distributions, and this one i like most :)
it pretty sucks that rpm is not supported, but all software, libs etc i get from there server, it's great, my desktop looks real good. |

Everyone says that is bad, because of number of virus and other stuff, who is damaging system, i am runing XP for 2 months, and saw the crashes only twice, so what's the problem?
