i'm wondering who needs XP-themes when we've got aqua, liquid and everything we want!!
If i wanted an XP_like-theme i'd use Window$!!!

If you activate "Menu button always shows application mini icon" there seems to be some garbage right from that icon.

There is a small bug in the size of one of the pic that makes up the Ice-WM theme. To fix it simply go to the control panel and open up the window decorations section. Then click on Ice-WM and then the configure tab. Click on the link that will open Konqorer. Open the pixmaps folder and find the folder called XP and then open the file menuButtonA.xpm with gimp. Right click and select Scale Image from the Image menu. Scale the image to at least 27 pixels wide. Then reload the theme and it will get rid of the garbage. Repeat for the XPmetal folder except make it 26 pixels wide.

I dont understand why about 80% of themes and icons are rippoffs of something already existing.
This theme sucks , not because its badly made, but because it copies something else.
Its time to innovate and not imitate.
I even doubt it is legal to steal graphic elements from Windows XP and distribute them.
Plese dont submit stuff unless its original!

Just wondering how to change the icon for K-Menu (the Big K at the lower left corner). I want to change to the windows start menu icon .

Here is a stupid way which cost me two hours:
The K logo of the KDE panel in RedHat 7.2 is under /usr/share/icons/hicolor/16x16/apps/go.png
Replace it with a transparent png file with the same size.
And under /usr/share/apps/kicker/tiles is the K menu tiles under the K logo. Replace the light_green_* with go.png in the downloaded tar files with their names repectively.
Mouse right button on the Panel->Preference->Look&Feel->Gerneral , and Enable Background tiles.
In the K menu tiles, choose the file I just replaced with go.png.
Restart x system.
