Ill agree, some apps could do with losing the 'K' in the name. For some it works such as AmaroK or Ark, but others, say, "Kover" (Not to pick on that app itself, more the name) take away from a professional feel |

Not really my thing, but from the preview the magnifying looking at the small - symbol makes me think you are restoring. With the magnifying glass usually making something bigger, I think restore not minimize. When the button is presumably minimize. |

Finally some antialiasing for popups!
On the other hand, this is a good idea, make all apps go through a common interface for popups which is themeable. :) |

Kde 3.5.x works almost perfectly ;) Except with Xgl/compiz.. but rhats not really kde's fault. |

Can't you just tar up ~/.kde/ and it will do basically what you are suggesting? Although the screenshots do look rather neat :) |

This is really good looking actually. I like your whole window layout, except for the vista-like windeco. Otherwise it great ;)
Shame im using the 0.12-dev branch, don't think this will work here though..
