All that christian stuff is rather offensive for everyone from other faiths.
That site is not the right place to post all that propaganda!
Please keep kde-look free and accessible for all people without regard to faith!

I don't think there's a need to start censoring. There is a lot of good art out there that is inspired by religion. I wouldn't mind seeing some art that deals with, for example the plight of the Tibetan Buddhists, or discrimination against Muslims, etc. Why not Christianity, as well? I really doubt that this is as offensive to as many as you seem to imply.

I never will (by God's grace) get used to this idea of everybody running around worrying about "someone else *might* be offended". For cryin' out loud.

There's enough abuse of the word "offended" in the first person sense. Now we're running interferance for everybody else.

We need helmet laws for the politically correct. They get hurt way too easily!

I think you forgot something between. There's more than a dash, It's called live. And we all are enjoying it at the moment :-)

Nope. Life is the "dash" between life and death. It has a beginning -- and an end. So, what do YOU have planned after the end of this life...after the "dash"...after the *moment* is over?

As you say the life has a start and an end, a permanent end. There are no after death life it's absurd to believe that. You are born, you live, and you die, thats it.

I can't see what's so horrible with the death. No more worries and no more problems!

So my advice is to have as much fun as possible before you die. Don't let any sect (read: churches or religions) rule your life. Be your own god! That will increase your self-confidence and you can have even more fun!

 Christianity is EVIL

 by shadowx8m on: Nov 28 2003

Cristianity has killed more people than all of the world wars put together. To a christian anything done in the name of their god is ok, including murdering millions of people that don't believe what they do in order to "convert" them and force their religion onto them. You people make me sick, you are so obsessed with your frightening religion you can't even make a normal wallpaper without incorporating your beliefs into it.

Life is like a box of chocolates, the longer you hold it in your hands the more it melts.

I'd like you to give a scrap of evidence for this. The amount of people killed by some corrupt catholics (so called "christians"), during the crusades do not account for more bloodshed of the world wars. And how about the athiests Stalin and Hitler, and the MILLIONS they murdered? Or do we ignore those?

The inquisition killed 10 million people, 22 million died in the crusades. That makes 32 million, and I haven't even started counting witches, cathars, heretics, jews and all the others.

Before you condemn those as unchristian - well, at least the catholic church disagrees. Pope Pius IV made grand inquisitor Pedro Arbuen a saint.

And by the way... christians do not aprove of anything done in the name of god. Being one myself I should know. Christians are not a bunch of lemmings that follow anybody off a cliff, thank you very much. We actually think for ourselves. In history some power hungry people have mislead people in the name of christianity, this worked because those people had no idea of what the bible taught. Christians now-a-days are not that way. We know what we believe. Just to make it clear.. WE DO NOT APROVE OF WRONG-DOING IN THE NAME OF GOD. WE CAN CRITICALLY THINK ABOUT THINGS. THE GOSPELS NEVER PROMOTED VIOLENCE TO CONVERT PEOPLE. PERIOD. THANK YOU.
