The technical quality of this response to Tim's stuff is appauling. It is to be compared to the very early GNOME wallpapers, all of which had jagged edges around pasted graphics and such... Now, the theme I will not comment on, but the hand you are showing there, really you must be able to do better than that. You're running Linux, use a vector program for that sort of thing! If nothing else, import it into Sodipodi and trace it. Also, the hand and the portrait do not fit eachother in style, you might want to play with that as well...

 Well It's Scriptural

Luke 11:23 "Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters."

Romans 1:16 "For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is God’s power for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. (17) For the righteousness of God is revealed in the gospel from faith to faith, just as it is written, “The righteous by faith will live.”

Mark 8:34 "Then Jesus called the crowd with his disciples and said to them, “If anyone wants to become my follower, he must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me. (35) For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake and the gospel will save it. (36) For what benefit is it for a person to gain the whole world, yet forfeit his life? (37) What can a person give in exchange for his life?"

You can for yourself read Isaiah 53:1-12 also if you so desire. I'm real glad to see that Tim's art and God's Word is stirring up people's hearts on here ;)

Aye, if you equate "stirring" to "trolling" -- both of which Tim and this one has been doing.

There is no need for either one, imo.

If neither poster got any response, positive or negative, they would go away. Replies seem to go to one's head, though...either way.

Bah.

Amazing what you can find in scripture. Especially the "Whoever is not with me is against me" stuff, which has been repeated by some of the more infamous figures of the human history (try googling for the third reich, for example). This black and white thinking really gets on my nerves.

And about that righteousness thingy...have you ever read the old testament? Read the Moses saga for instance. All first-borns of egypt get killed because the pharaoh is so stubborn not to let his slaves go. <irony>Now that's what I call just.</irony>

Glad to se the other side of of the "got christ" Just in response to your explaination, I beleive that Satan is an angel to everyone who believes in him, he was just banished from heaven right? Ok for Lucifer, ruling hell is way more cool that ruling booring 'ol heaven ; )
