- converted/compressed all files from svg to svgz

----------------------------------------
v4.0.0

- added lineedit
- modified viewitem
- modified frame and dragger
- changed busywidget (uses the default one but in white)

----------------------------------------
v3.1.0

- modified lancelot-theme (modified and updated most parts and color theme)
- modified scrollbar
- removed overlay from background and translucentbackground (theme looks better without it, i think)

------------------
v3.0.1

- modified frame- and dragger-margins (fixed cutted fonts in tabbar)

----------------------------------------
v3.0.0

- added toolbox, line, slider
- added busywidget (for now using the oxygen one)
- added overlay to background and translucentbackground
- modified systemtray and fifteenPuzzle
- many small changes at nearly all parts of the theme to fit better into plasma's specs

------------------
v2.4.2.1

- fixed bar-meter-horizontal and bar-meter-vertical (fixed size-bug)

-------------------------------
v2.4.2

- modified viewitem, dragger, extender-dragger and frame (keep consistent to the previous theme-modifications)
- modified shutdowndialog (added shadow to the background and fix button-sizes)
- removed all opaque svg's, except the shutdowndialog (Maybe i will re-add a new opaque-theme in the near future, which will look quite better than the old one. Also i hope that the kde-team will find a way to keep translucency when composition is turned off)

-------------------------------
v2.4.1

- modified background, dialog-background, tooltip, krunner, lancelot-background and panel (more decent shadow and smaller borders to reach more space-saving)

----------------------------------------
v2.4.0

- modified panel-background (a little bit polished and better support for thin panels)

Hi,

this is not a new wallpaper.
This one is included inside the Mac4Lin-package and I think it's called "aurora".

But i think this link will help you (I'm not home at the moment to share it with you. Sorry.):

You're right, it's not in the Mac4Lin project anymore.
Go here: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=204373&package_id=243878

Download Wallpapers_Mac4Lin_v0.3.tar.gz
It is included in there

Cool theme for L. AFAIK, you're the 1st theme designer (apart from me obviously) who started making the theme for L.

You should note, though, that some elements will disappear in 4.3. (mostly the scrollbar related stuff since I plan to make them compatible with plasma's scrollbars)

Cheerio, and thanks!

Hi,

oh really? I didn't know that I'm the the only one apart from you who has themed Lancelot.
For a nearly complete theme i think it's very much needed to get a as most as possible consistant look. But well.

Good to know that you plan to use the plasma scrollbar. That will make theming lancelot much easier.
Until then i will theme also the scrollbars and observe changes in lancelot.

Greetings.

That is the unfortunate element of the story of Lancelot :)

For KDE 4.2, I had to make the files for /other default/ themes, so that I don't get the 'why Lancelot doesn't follow Plasma theme' questions every day.

The biggest problem is the fact that L has a lot graphic elements which need to be themed separately, and that can not share the files with Plasma.

Some could and will be simplified, but that will not make the theming task much easier.

At the moment, beside scrollbars, I've decided to make L use the standard dialogue background instead of a custom one. (This will break the appearance of most themes that don't support L, but IMO there are enough themes now that do support it)

To use the theme dialog background and scrollbar sounds good and won't make great problems with all other themes out there, I believe.

I really appreaciate your whole work on lancelot and will be excited for future developement.
Until then i will theme it up a little bit more to get a complete lancelot theme.

Keep up the good work, Mr. Lancelot ;-)

 Lancelot theme update...

 by nos4ah2 on: Feb 4 2009

Having a bit of difficulty getting Lancelot themed.

KDE 4.2 on 64bit Kubuntu 8.10

I installed via the Plasma Workspace Add-on installer. I love the theme and everything looks great, but I don't have the transparency effects in Lancelot. It doesn't look at all the way it does in the screenshot. Maybe I have it disabled somehow?

Hi,

i think you have to clear the cache or just try this:
- restart your pc
- change plasma theme to another ->apply
- change back to Glassified -> OK
- logout and login

I hope this will help.

 Cashew icon not level..

HI i just updated my theme and its looking very beautiful.

Only one problem, the cashew icon on the taskbar is not level with the theme. It needs to come down a little bit..

Hi and thanks for your comment.

The cashew on the panel isn't exactly on level, because the panel has a small but noticable shadow around it and the cashew orientates itself on the topright of the panel.

To fix this "issue" i could remove the small shadow, but i don't want to make the theme look more worse than before.

So, please excuse this little and not so importand glitch. I hope you can live with it and don't have your widgets always unlocked.

Thank you again.
