Improved column view

I have an idea to improve the Konqi/Dolphin column view.

I would like to have ability to open multiple subfolders simultaneously.

It could be done using for example by holding down the alt key.

Second try - added pushpins. This should be more intuitive and give a visual clue witch folders are pinned.

The idea is to be able to pin any folder. Pinned folder would stay visible (and keep opened subfolders visible) regardless of active location.

I currently only added one add pin icon besides the active folder. It may be useful to extended it to all folders.

Third version - this it's more like the tree view, but with subfolders expanding to the right instead of below.

Fol all folders, plus icons will appear on hover, allowing to expand the folder and lock it in expanded state.
Locked subfolders have a minus sign to manually collapse them. The old style clicking still works, aytomatiucally collapsing any not locked folders.
