hmm, maybe some day when im tired of the human colours. i made the theme for myself, but decided to share

but feel free to do so urself, its pretty easy, just change the colour codes in the gtkrc file, for example replace all instances of #EFEBE7 with #D7FDE2 and u get a green theme

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding.

I have my top panel ('Applications, Places, Systems' on the left side and the system tray on the right side) set to a semi-transparency.

u can make ur menus semi transparent with compiz-fusion. i dont know if its possible to code transparency into a theme?

Yes, it's possible. I have requested it from different artists and they have made changes to incorporate a transparent menu panel as well as a transparent system tray.
