 Great theme!

I think it is overall informal, though well done and somewhat elegant.

At least someone thought about changing the mainstream eye-burning colors of the human theme and tango. It is dark and "lack of contrast" but, perhaps, that's why it looks so pleasant.

I'd like to see some menu icons too (arrows, refresh, etc), it is problable you'll need to do your best there to get a very distinctive style.

Whatever, congratulations you are doing a great contribution through this work.

Hi Mandarancid

Looks great like the Areo icon set. This time, i think, you will get no trouble with any license.
I'm impatiently waiting for the final release. :-)

 Icons > Angle

by Stalafin on: Oct 22 2007

Score 50%

Icons applications-accessories, applications-games, emblem-desktop, folder, memory-card, image-x-generic, text-x-generic, user-desktop are similiar to each other in size and shape.

Yet eachs appears to have a slightly different angle.
If you made them having the same angle, the same directions so to say, it would look more natural and less disturbing. :)

Also, I am not sure if it is good to have partially 3D-Icons and partially 2D-Icons.

But apart from that your Theme looks amazing! :)

Thanks... But I think that the folder and file icon must have the same angle for give the impression of order (IMHO)...
For the opposiction 3d/2d also I'm not sure...

Can't help you much, YOU are the artist ;)

More seriously, I like the folders but I agree they should have the same angle.

For the categories, try to keep it simple. Like the star for the new folder, its very nice. Maybe you could get inspired other themes that you like.

Good luck and thanks for your work :D
