Description:

This is the KDE iconset for GANT, the amazing icons created by the artist Paul Davey aka mattahan on deviantart. All rights reserved. This is my first theme, so I welcome any and all criticism and suggestions!

*note: you may need to change the file extension to .tar.gz! Darn deviantart


The build script depends on 'convert', which is part of ImageMagick.

To install this set:
1. download the zip file
2. extract the zip file
3. cd into the GANT folder
4. open a terminal there
5. run ./buildset
6. get a beer
7. Install the icon theme in KDE Control Panel
8. Enjoy

Please! Tell me when there's icons missing! :)

I like the distinctly different style. I'm tired of the Mac and Windows clones, and the stock KDE icons are boring to me.

Thanks for keeping variety and creativity going! I look forward to updates and more themes from you.

When I unpack the .gz file i get another file: GANT_for_KDE___0_3_by_Shirakawasuna

I've tried using gunzip and "gzip -d". What am I doing wrong"?

Sorry about that, deviantart doesn't seem to like the extension. Name the file .tar.gz and it'll probably handle it better. The next release will be a zip as that's common enough for deviantart to handle.

With the addition of dolphin, looks like GANT could use at least one more icon.
