Hi, me too. I have no output.
On my previous computer, there was no output and no preview.
Now I've got a new one (with intel core 2 duo) and now Manslide shows me photos which are actually "encoded" but there is no output file and no preview after the creation of the project is complete.

Do you have sox and mjpegtools > 1.8.0.4 correctly installed ?

my version isn't 1.8.0.4 (i have 1.8.0-0.2ubuntu3). But now hen I installed it there is output video file in /tmp/TmpManSlide but it is not copied to the destination folder and if I apply transition - there is no (transition) in output file.

Yes, I have and my imagemagick is 6.2.4.5.dfsg1-0.14.

I want to say, that one time manslide copied output to the destination folder, but only this one time and there were no transitions in output file.

I'm sorry that I bothered you. I don't know how it is possible but now everything works fine.

Probably it was my fault because firstly I choose manslide root directory as effects library. I removed manslide config and ran manslide again and chose right directory with manslide effects and as i told, everything now is working perfectly.

And I have an suggestion: you should to add warning dialogs when the user hasn't programs needed by manslide (sox etc.)

And again, I'm very sorry:)

I just fell in love with your interface.
So well done, and so cool.
It's just what I imagined for one of my projects, thanks for the code, I'll look over it for some inspiration :)

Hi there,

Doesn't Manslide have any official logo or icon that can be used in menu entries?
I know this isn't important, it just gives the finishing touches though.

Great app by the way! :)

 Problems

Hi, I have few problems. Because the GUI is unscaleable (forced to have one size) I can not start the application.

The videoscreen (black) hides the configuration panel and I can not start the application because the settings aint' anything by default.

I have newest nVidia drivers, KDE4 (GNOME and few windowmanager tested) and 2.0.3 version of manslide. I have testet without nVidia drivers without help. Distribution is MDV 2009 cooker (tested on stable 2009 too).

The configuration panel should not come first. It should be english and then allow user to easily select settings button. And the GUI should be allowed resize to wanted size so this kind problems would not come. Forced size is not good at all. This would be great application for netbooks too but application window size is needed to be resizeable.

I have the same problem - after starting Manslide for the first time, the black rectangle of the main section covers everything. I can see a part of the first configuration window, but not enough to perform any action (for example - to change the language to english)

Finally, after pressing blindly 'tab' and 'enter' i managed to start the application but starting new project falls into the same problem: it shows some kind of dialog but i cannot see it and it's impossible to continue.

If it was possible to resize window, it would be a kind of workaround for this situation - but it isn't.
Has anybody any idea how to correct this?
