Description:
This is the colour scheme was named after and inspired by, Ti H2O 6 Equilibrium, the most elegant Winamp 2 skin I've ever seen.
Hmm, not much to add here, except a list of what's visible in the screenshot:

- Icon set is Nuvola (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=5358)
- Window decoration is Glow (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=5575)
- translucent Kicker from KDE CVS
- General font is Trebuchet Ms
- Titlebar font is Dolphin
- Clock font is Still Time
- Desktop font is Lucida Grande
- GKrellM skin is the "invisible" theme with slight modifications
- XMMS skin is Winamp 2's "Ti H2O 6 Equilibrium"
