Description:

My Lizard Bootsplash for SuSE 10.2

The splash screen is designed for resolutions 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x1024, 1400x1050, 1600x1200 and 1920x1200 widescreen.

Unpack the archive in /etc/bootsplash/themes/ and change the THEME=xxxx line in /etc/sysconfig/bootsplash to THEME="Lizard".

Run "SuSEconfig" followed by "mkinitrd" to store the splash in your ramdisk for the resolutions defined in your grub bootloader and reboot.

Enjoy this beauty.

Changes in version 2.3:

* changed the text "SuSE Linux 10.2" to "openSUSE 10.2"
* changed the eye candy of the text to a lizard style texture
* added 1024x768 support
* removed some leftovers I forgot which caused issues on some systems
* added support for 800x600 and 1920x1200 resolutions

Hi guys,

All requested resolutions are now available in the package.

The scripts are cleaned up and should all work fine.

Let me know if you see something that is not quite right when you use the splash.

I'll try to fix it asap.
