I like the wallpaper, but the "Because it works" part might as well be left out.
It somewhat of a cliche, and it certainly doesn't make the otherwise pretty picture, any prettier.

Fine wallpaper, though. I tried doing a similar one once, but let's just say that I'm a lot better at programming than i am at doing graphics. And I'm not a particularly good programmer. ;-)

"because it works" is a tipical motto of slackware. I wasn't sure to place this motto or maybe "Simplicity is divine".

In the next days i'll update a version with the blue sphere with an S. Maybe you'll prefer this.

"Because it works" is not just a Slackware motto. All sorts of people use it nowadays. In fact, i've seen it used about many distros, ranging from Ubuntu to Gentoo.

I'm not sure we even need a motto. Slackware is fine without one ;-).

Of course you can, here it is!
For the moment only for the blue logo version, in future will make also the "because it works" version.
