Description:

Taken by: phototrek1
Shot in: Fall 2005
Where: Cleveland, OH Big Creek Park way
How I shot it:
I used a Canon G5 with a two foot tall tripod. I stood in the creek and used the manuel settings with a circurlar polorizer. Taken around 1pm so the light from the sun could shine onto the creek. Water was only 1 to 4 inches deep. Then i used photoshop to ajust the image to what i actually seen.

Thank you for looking I hop the image is optomized for a 20in moniter. If so plase tell.
This is my first post thanks. :)

Photo Up dated. I realized i wasn't working with the orgnial so i found my Digital negative and reworked it. So now you have a better version with a lot more detail. So this one is optomized for a 20in screen.

Thanks

Yea, I know it's dark. But the photo is very close to what it looked like in real life. That part of the creek is dark. There is a thick canopie above the creek. Only a little bit of light that was shining on the creek made it look very dramatic. The day i took the photo there wasn't a cloud in the sky. It goes to show, just how think the trees are.

Thanks,
phototrek1

Great work! You have capture the beauty of normal nature. You made a usual fallen leaf looks sharp and beautiful. I can see peace, silence, and motion of water thru this photo. It will own my desktop for a very long while.
Thanks!
