 Meaning?

It would be better if it actually meant something. I can't find the first "character" in any of my Kanji dictionaries, at least not with the radical written the way it is. The second character is the Katakana "Chi" and the third is the Hiragana "Ko" A single Katakana (that is not a foreign word) following a Kanji character followed by a Hiragana character is weird!

Hmm... could you look up "Ubuntu" in that book of yours? (or something else "Linux-like" that would make sence)

I've sent you an email to your gmail account as you have listed, I hope you don't mind :-)

Anyway, there are a few suggestions for you to use on your next manuscript wallpaper :-)

Hi !!
You are totally correct about first kanji character!,
because recent japanese-kanji dictionaries are not supposed to have this one!

This one is [Old Character] for "God", and it's not used anymore in japan.
Real sorry if you already know, I just wanted to inform.

"Kami" still shows up in manga, no idea if it's used otherwise.

I don't think "oriental" is politically correct anymore.

It depends on location... I've heard people say, "Things are Oriental, people are Asian" - which I'm guessing is mostly confined to the US. So it'd be OK to call the thime Oriental, though linguistically it'd be Japanese.

On the other hand a British person I know of Asian ancestry refers to herself as Oriental, because to people wheree she's from, Asian=Indians.

It doesn't mean anything. Just three Japanese characters.

I'm Japanese and find it weird. If you use this background and a Japanese speaker see it, s/he may laugh at it and you as well.
