Description:

Inspired by the chinese translation of "Ubuntu" (乌邦土) coined by Prof. YePing [1] during Ubuntu Asia Business Tour to Taiwan.

However, I prefer to use "悟"[2] as the first character which also has a sound of 'wu' in chinese. It is a Zen Buddhist term for enlightenment.

Anyway, it's my first attempt, comments are most welcome! :)

I made an orange-themed Ubuntu-Calligraphy available for download, although it's not entirely identical with the black version. Hope you like it, comments are welcome! (:

It looks really good.. but i dosn't have the same effekt on my desktop :/ maybe if i had the same theme.. what theme are you using? Its a really nice wallpaper!

I'm using GTK 2.x "Darker theme" plus "Glass Icons Theme" found in gnome-look.org for the black-theme screenshot.

Btw, the screenshot was taken on my 1024x768 desktop with a 1024x768 version of this wallpaper, since that's the highest resolution I can get.

So, I haven't test the 1280x1024 version on actual desktop. Do let me know if the overall graphic arrangement does not feel right in place. Thanks!
