Description:

On log out, if you have unsaved documents, every application ask save unsaved file or not. If you don't click PC wait for your click and not turn off.

KDE can gathering all dialogs in one. IMHO it is more comfortable for users.

I really like the idea, but I am curious how KDE can interact with GIMP or Inkscape. They don't have dcop or sth., so it will be very difficult...

And other issue is that Gimp and Insscape will show their own save dialog too.

Apart from the non-qt / non-kde application issues, this is a great idea. It could also have options to never save, always save or never logout until user interaction. I'm all for it! :)

I really do like your idea. Though there are problems with the interaction of the GIMP & co, it is realizable.

Because this dialog would already do all the backup/save work instead of the particular apps, I think it should also do the following:
If you don't interact with it, and it automatically saves files as *.backup or something like that, it should also automatically ask the user (on the next KDE start) if he wants the files to be recovered, so that all those independent apps (or the user) don't have to deal with the new .backup files manually.

Simply saving unsaved files on log-out is not a good idea, i think; just because users don't always want to keep their changes, i.e. they accidentally deleted a line or something.

Um, this forum is in English. Sorry.
