This is a request for someone who is talented enough to be able to port over this theme to gnome metacity/gtk2...
I dont really find the few gnome black themes very cool. I dont find the vista buttons on this theme very cool/necessary though.

I'm currently porting it. I've already made a part of the metacity, only some buttons are missing. For the GTK, I've got a problem. Do you guys know how to put the panel & menu text in white instead of black ? I've search but didn't found it... thx :).

How far have you gotten on the metacity? and is it pixmap or metacity code?

This is code, except the icons which are currently from Clearlooks2, which I will change. Also need to do the title text, make the buttons square, and a few other adjustments.

heh, I've never used the theme. I don't have wb installed anymore and rarely go to windows, so I don't know if the screenshot is showing an active or inactive window. I just did it this way because I liked it.

Without making the titlebar bigger I couldn't make the button icons exactly the same because the screenshot shows the bottom of the button border disappearing, and I didn't like that look. I have thought about making the button border highlight a little more transparent though.

Of course, you can make your own metacity, it's just something I felt like doing. It's code and not pixmap (except the icons) so it will render much faster and all the window states work correctly.

How's the gtk coming along?

Raaaah, that "Pro Linux & Anti- Windows" is making me feel sick xD.
That's JUST a THEME.
Who cares if it's a Windows theme and port to Linux ? What ? It reminds you Vista or Windows ? So every icons of Vista thingy or close to Windows must not hurt our dear Linux Desktop because that's trully a shame !! Ah ah...

That's why Linux is poor in good looking GTK themes, someone will always shout that it's a Windows-ed thing and has not its place in Linux world.
