Description:

I have been kinda bummed the last 2 weeks because there isn't a Linux distro that will run on my eMac in X11 mode. Meaning no KDE. XDarwin will allow me to run it, but I found an even better solution. It's called OroborOSX. Not only can I run my KDE apps, but I can also keep the OSX dock and the native Aqua interface : ) Now if only the apps ran as fast as native. . .

But this is a screenshot not other. I would also much rather do the opposite, run OS X apps on a PC with KDE :) Is there something like that?

I know. But some filter out screenshots. Anyway, there isn't anything yet that will allow running of OS X on non PPC processors. The point was that at least I have something now that allows me to run KDE on my eMac. There is a video firmware bug that prevents normal PPC/Linux distro's from running in graphical (X11) mode.

but ... i think this is an KDE-Themepage ... not 4 Mac.

make it 4 KDE than its great ;-)

i try a version 4 KDE 3.0.3 but its not so easy and i have many problems with him (its an other look of os ... next time i load the spash-screen on this server ...)

i try to make a theme 4 KDE

(sorry, but my english is very bad i`m from german and all information i found are in english :-( )

I think we work with Linux-KDE the most Themes that ive seen are Windows or Mac like. If i want to habve one os from MS or Apple than i buy this ..

Have you tried Fink? With Fink you can download and get KDE working native on rootless X11.
