Icon only on specific desktops

It\'s just an idea:
(or KDE can do it allready?)

another property of an icon on the desktop.

For example I use 4 desktop:
1. work
2. fooling around
3. download
4. chat

So it would be nice if my licq, amsn, skype icons would only appear in my 4th desktop.

Or d4x, azureus, valknut would appear only in my \"download\" desktop.

Just an idea :)

ps: the picture is only one of my desktop

I'm waiting for an option like that since I use KDE (and that means KDE 1). I don't think it's possible.

it's absolutely possible Janet. Expect it. Each desktop can have it's own windows, backgrounds and widgets so there is no reason why it cannot have it's own icons.

I LOVE this idea!

No.

I'm not in KDE that mutch.

But I think in the brainstorming stage it's not necessaray, just speaking out loud the ideas.

The people behind KDE will decide that if it's a good idea, and if it's worth to work out.

I hope it worths it ;)
