Can someone please help me on how to install this. I tried Kcontrol and the bootsplash is not listed there, but in software management, bootsplash is installed. This boot theme looks awesome and I would love to put it on.

uhm, you know that Kcontrol is a KDE related administration tool. The Bootsplash actually has nothing to do with KDE. There's a tool in suse called yast2-bootsplash, I don't know what it does, but you'll probably find it when you run yast2.
