Description:

Widget style based on the Plastik style. Krisp version 0.2 is finally here! Thanks to all who made suggestions and comments. Version 0.2 has lots of changes. Most importantly, it should work completely independently of the Lipstik style.

Some notes: I have not had time to test Krisp on KDE 3.4 and I suspect it will still crash. Please try it and let me know. (* Good news, reports are it doesn't crash with KDE 3.4 *) Also, changing settings has been disabled for now. I hope this isn't a problem for anybody, but I should have that resolved soon.




Changelog:

--Krisp should now work independently of the Lipstik style
--fixed menubar uglyness with disabled menu items
--fixed incorrect drawing of toolbar handles
--new menu button style
--active kicker button highlights
--boxes in status bar are replaced by vertical dividers
--reduced menu item gradient for better readability
--added tint to disabled combo boxes
--focus boxes are alphablended with background for a softer look
--checks and radio buttons match the color of combo boxes etc.
--fixed menu bug with transparent menus
--new slider style

Hi!

I´m kind of a newbie to linux, and I have no (or litte) clue how to install the krisp-theme.

´./configure --prefix=/opt/kde3´

seems to work well, but `make` doesn´t seem to do a lot:

make all-recursive

It seems like that's fine. I don't speak that language, but I don't see any errors. You need to su to root and then do make install.

I am using SuSE 9.3 that has KDE 3.4 level b. Can you tel me why Krisp 0.2 is not being shown in the style-list/window-decoration-list ?

well sorry, i have not given the prefix (/opt/kde3 for my distro). But still it does not shows up in the theme or window decoration list.

HI. I'm not sure because I haven't yet been able to play with it on kde 3.4. If you could send me a log of the install activity, I could try and look into it for you. Does anyone else have this problem with kde 3.4?

I have KDE 3.4.2 and my configure - make - sudo make install seemed to complet succesfully. but now I just can't see KRISP neither in the Windeco thing or in the Style thing. can you fix it, or provide a deb package, please?
now i'll try again with
./configure --prefix="/usr"
(is that right?)
