first try.
Theme is based on FlyOS windowblinds theme. its working with gnome 2.8 with experience engine installed.(panel.png you can find in gtk2.0/icons/, you have to select this for panel background)

the theme itself is just a copy of M$ win XP. the metacity titlebar is great! =)
but i think it would look a little more fancier if the edges were rounded.

Also, I really like the panel :D.

Would be nice to have rounded button too.

The metacity is trying to round the bottom of shaded windows.

Yes, I do like this a fair bit. However, being the Linux obsessor that I am, I am disapointed that it looks so Windowsish. Its not that I hate how Windows looks, I just hate Windows.
