You must find to Kde Improved and Qt Improved packages depends on your Linux Disturbution. I'm using Slackware and i can find them on www.Linuxpackages.net

Hello,
You can load to "Baghira" config files from Control Center/Style/Baghira/Configure/Load...

Window Decorations is not different theme. It is Baghira. One of gradient level color same window background color and other gradient color level is more then window background. Just reverse gradient technique.
Example: Kwin style is Baghira/Panther.
Active Title Bar effect is gradient.

First gradient color must be bright more then second color. And do that Title shadow instensity is 0, 3d intensity is 100.
