Description:

Tiblit is a KDE style focused on customization and experiments with modern human-computer interaction. My aim with the project is to create a highly customizable QT style that looks completely different than what is currently available.

A bit of a warning about 2.0 beta. Don't bother complaining. It's _extremely_ rough around the edges and I'm building a new tiblit around a different engine. 3.0? Eh...

Build contributions:
The BSD port is provided by dolmant1.
The ebuild is provided by Lenz.

Patch contributions:
Chris Parker - Styleconf

Changelog:

Tiblit Development Versions now available via anonymous pserver cvs access on sourceforge.

 Really lovin

I'm really loving this Xrender thing for the menus. Would be nice to have this feature for buttons.. but, anyways, I have a few themes I'm working on and they are close to finished. I'm going to wait for your next release to send them to you. However, I'll send you a few screenshots so you can see what they are.

You know you're an idiot when someone says "peace" and you go looking for a tree.

 GREAT!

Very good Job!
This ist the most customizeable theme ever!
Three more things:

1) Would be cool if you could add an option to customize the scrollbar look (like in Comix)

2) Would it be possible to add an option to add some space between the taskbuttons, so that the Desktopbackground can be seen, when the transparent kicker is enabled?(just look at the comix screenshots :) ). This would make the taskbar more "lightweight".

3) I don't know if this is a bug or a feautre: there are no borders drawn around the list that drops down of a combobox. I didn't find any option to change this behaviour. On your screenshots the combobox dropdowns have a border.

Sorry for my English...

addition to 2)

Another nice feature would be, to make the Kicker buttons completely transparent or as semitransparent as kicker is. (how did you make the buttons transparent on these screenshots? http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=19773&forummode=2&forumpage=0&forumexplevel=all )

Transparency on the taskbar has already been done.

If your comboboxes are lightweight, use a prelight color for combos. That'll fix the border issue.

 Just an idea

I think it would be a cool idea to let those of us, that's using the current version of Tiblit to test out or keep up with development builds. This way, we can create themes that would be ready and compatible with an official release. And you could have a lot more themes to package with it.

Please send bug reports, comments, and suggestions via email. I'll squeak out a version 1.3 if necessary but I'd rather keep working on 2.0.

 Gentoo ebuild

I wrote an ebuild for this theme, so Gentoo users can install this piece of great artwork via portage[tm]. ;)

You can find it here:

@maitre: Feel free to add the link or the whole archive to the official entry, so it won't get lost.
