I included the kicker transparency patch from teax but with a slight modification: if u change the desktop picture u have to drag the kicker in a different position to update his background. Enjoy.

The script build_keramik.sh fails, because it can't find /us/bin/autoheader-2.53. This is stupid, since the file is right where it expects it to be, but the script fails anyway. I am seeing this on a RedHat 7.2 box.

Hi.. i'm using Redhat 7.3 KDE 3.0.. i tried compiling the tarball everything went fine when "configure" script was run but it stopped in between when i gave the command "make".. I am not a programmer so i could'nt make out what the problem was... could any one upload a binary tarball or an rpm file for redhat 7.3???

Had to build from scratch again (mdk8.2, kde3.01, automake1.5).

Once done, selected the style, kicker is transparent (but only for one v desktop (I use many), it would be nice if the kicker refreshed for each desktop wallpaper.

Still, it's damn pretty anyway!

this is a great decoration. Thanks for that.

A lot of folks experience problems with the translucent kicker. But I did not see that there are a lot of resonses to these guys. I do not get the translucency to work either.

There is a "translucency kicker patch" on this site but I do not know if it is wise to apply it to this decoration since the patch is older (16.6.02) than this deco (23.6.02). I assume the newer version to include this patch already.

Will the kicker also be translucent if I combine this deco with the high performance liquid scheme?

I would be glad for any hints for a newbie to this area.
