Hehe - I know, I think the grey one is better too :)

I am creating this version for people who have trouble distinguishing regular icons - the high contrast, and large sizes that SVG icons can be displayed at should be a large boost to this group of users.

Actually, from the preview, I think I like this version even more than the gray one. As a general purpose icon set, I'd like some more color in there too, but I think the improved contrast is good for usability. What I'd really like would be something with black border and a white (or generally light) background, with color when needed for quickly find the different icons.

The base theme is great, however, and it is clearly a very useful base for esperimentations.

Keep up the good work, I'm downloading this theme now...

all it needs is just more more more. how about getting this close to the abundance that crystal svg gives?
i know, ain't that easy, but maybe i big paypal button for that man could give an incentive.
kde can really use this kind of work!

Wow - thanks for such kind words!

Regarding the number of icons against crystal - there are at least 2300 icons in this set, though I am always looking to fill in the gaps.

If you can find any icons in kde that are not themed by this set (not including gnome apps! :), please tell me...
