It's a bit confusing we now have two different entrys with exactly the same name "Free Icons". How about changing the name minimally for different versions? :-)
BTW, I'm totally stunned you are able to produce ~60 wonderful original new icons in such a short time.

ok. guys I think I need a help.
Should i replace my previous entry FreeIcons v.04 or every time when I have new versio should I add this as my new entry?
I'm new here that's why I'm askin'.

IMHO you should replace an entry when you just add something (and the main content of your package remains untouched); and you should add a new entry when you also change your old content (or you make a new major release of course).
There are many ways to make distinctions, like adding the label "stable/development" or using version numbers with the name.

This should be the standard icon-set for KDE! It's much beter than Slick, iKons and HiColor! (I dunno wich one is beter, crystal or this, crystal probably fits better with liquid than this :)

Now only, a style beter than Liquid (very, very, hard task) that fits with this and :)

Every time you upload a new version you should update the old one, not add a new entry. That way the number of downloads + rating will work better.

theres a lot of stuff missing.
IMHO php(3), perl, python, officestuff, mp3, ogg, etc.

also with other iconsets hanging around. i think i go and produce some.
