...those monitors look to be WindowMaker DockApps running in a KDE Dock Application Bar or two.

Panel --> Add --> Extension --> Dock Application Bar.

...but you will need some WindowMaker Dockapps installed; there are a lot of nifty ones, just do a freshmeat search or two.

I have only tested the style on my system running KDE 3.0.0 and there it works without problem. Maybe you could try it with a clean kde configuration too see if the problem is in your kde config. Just do "mv ~/.kde ~/.kde.bak"
, run kcontrol to see if it works
and after testing just "rm -rf ~/.kde" and "mv ~/.kde.bak ~/.kde" to restore old config.

I wrote the original QNiX style, but never had the time to update it to KDE3. You've really done an excellent job - thanks! Hopefully I'll get around to releasing an updated KWin engine soon :)
