This is the Aqua iconset (based on OS X) and it's been posted on kdelook by noonespecial, but I think it's not available here anymore. I've replaced some icons and added more icons to it though. Maybe I'll post it on kdelook, but I'm not sure if there are any copyright issues with it or not (anyways, the Apple symbols have been removed from most or all icons). You can get it here:

The clock is the analog clock by Idoa01 (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=12072) with a theme I've ported from a Konfabulator widget. I've posted it here:

Thanks :) The top bar is just kicker, with the menu, start menu, clock, kweather, mldonkey, system monitor and system tray applets.

Edit $HOME/.kde/share/config/kdesktoprc and in the [FMSettings] section add this line:

ShadowParameters=0,1,16.0,192.0,2,4,0,0,0,0

You should disable the shadow before updating that file, and then enable it again.
