I combined it with the Ubuntu Glossy Orange GDM Theme from Noobuntu

Great work! This GDM Theme is a good example of using the orange and black color scheme that is going to be used in Hardy. You really should submit this work.

But I did nothing than combining an existing Wallpaper with an existing GDM-Theme. No hard Work ;-)

Is Hardy the name of the next Ubuntu- Release? I am relatively new and do not know yet how the Linux communities do exactly work. I am just an Africa-Fan ;-)

Whom should i submit this,... and how?

If you open this one, you can change the Logo easily, it is an Extra File.
Maybe, when I have more time I'll add one with a Gnome-Logo.
