I think I got the wallpaper on spymac.com, but I'm not really sure. Send me an email and I'll email it to you. The clock is a SuperKaramba theme, and the round thing in the corner is a Karamba mail checker. They've been ported from Konfabulator, the clock by someone else. I'll post my Konfabulator ported Karamba themes here soon, about the clock I'll ask the author if he can post it.

I love your bars bro. Exceptionally that one at the top of the screen. Is that a superkaramba theme?? And how did you do the one at the bottom, that doesn't look like the default bar!! Please tell me. PLEASSEE!!

The top panel is the KDE Kicker with the Liquid theme, modified a bit by me. The bottom panel is KSmoothDock version 2.1.

The circle is an imap mail checker, just a small Karamba theme. I made it myself, and I got the icon from an OS X icon website, but I don't remember exactly from where. I wanna port it to SuperKaramba and use python instead of perl, and I'll probably post it here when it's ready.
