I suggest you set your window background to #EAE9E8 or edit this emerald theme.

There are 6 themes in the tar:
-H20.emerald = big buttons with shadows(screenshot 1)
-H20small.emerald = medium buttons with shadows
-H20tiny.emerald = small buttons with shadows (screenshot 3)
-H2n0 shadows.emerald = big buttons without shadows
-H2n0 shadows small.emerald = medium buttons without shadows (screenshot 2)
-H2n0 shadows tiny.emerald = small buttons without shadows

Your theme has originality and it has several good points:

1. The theme complements the fluidity of the popular icon themes
2. It is stylish without glaringly contrasting everything else
3. It also has perfest positioning of buttons

Just a small prob: the buttons dont match well with the theme. try lightening that shade and giving it a bluish tinge to the symbols

I like this theme very match. Fresh idea, simple and aesthetic implementation. It looks great on blue background so I would suggest to add some blue tint to the window border, to make it more consistent.
