it all meshes together.. looks awesome
but the question on all of our minds is what you did with the dock to get it reflective...

is it a heavily modified Cairo-Dock? or is it some add-on for AWN? Did you just do a lot of gimping for the GDesklets Starterbar?

You have to change the amount of bar_angle and icon_offset with gconf-editor. Just go to apps/avant-window-navigator/bar. My used configuration is:
bar_angle = 45
icon_offset = 10
