Or any other way. Aerish for example.
It's actually fairly complicated to achieve one to one exact Macishness on Linux. Compiz just starts to fade stuff in and out, there's no real alternative to the Dock ot the Apple menu system. Windows is impossible, can only mock; in a bad way too.
I'm not one of those people that think Linux should look like Mac OS. But Apple seems to find more and more of the "nice spots" or "happy spots" in digital interface usability, design, interactivity. So why not borrow the base concepts? They may work well on our base too.

Reflections are rooted there too. Like the one on your avatar.

Sure they did. UI-wise. :D
I'm all for re-inventing stuff though. :)

 What's the point?

If Linux isn't a Mac and Linux isn't Windows .. then use Gimp and other tools to create something ORIGINAL instead of OS X inspired/copied drivel. :D

Otherwise this should be titled LWM (Linux wants to be Mac).

No glass/aqua, no striped titlebars there. Only the button layout is like that of OS X, and the menu/shade button has a different meaning too. Sure it's inspired. But it's also original.
