For the full effect, install both:

- Satanic KDM Theme
- Satanic KSplash Theme

For a smooth transition between KDM and KSplash:

- Edit /etc/kde3/kdm/backgroundrc
- Change the Wallpaper line to read:
Wallpaper=/usr/share/apps/kdm/themes/Satanic/background.jpg
