 Even though I agree

Even though I agree completely, I'm not sure whether it is wise to make this a topic here or not.
It is up to everybody to judge form himself ... can war be a solution or not ... can especially THIS war that seems to be at hand be a solution for anything at all ... is the war at hand motivated by a real threat, or just a duty one has to fulfill in favour of those who sopported him ... what do the united nations really count to some people and is every civilised nation still willing to respect the law of nations ...
Many questions, and as far as it is up to me, I consider myself on the correct side (just as everybody does who made up his mind and is for or against something).

Okay, may everybody think about this war what he wants to think (or what other people want him to think :-( )
The wallpaper looks great.

(Not so much about this particular image, which is actually quite nice for that sort of thing, as about the other "topical" anti-war images recently posted.)

Oh, yes, peace is wonderful. Now, if we can just get ALL the small-minded, blood-thirsty dictators to realize this and agree to put away their toys and stop oppressing their own people and their neighbors. (No, I'm not primarily referring to the US, althoug h I'm sure at least some people here will take it that way. :P)

And, of course, desktop wallpapers are the PERFECT way to do that. Really effective. Public protests, letters to the editor, writing your Congressman - clearly none of those will be nearly as effective as being a "Linux User for Peace". Why, "wallpapers for peace" are nearly as effective as www.masturbateforpeace.com.

Oh, wait... you people are SERIOUS...?
