S: IMHO You could change slider and selection colors and post it like Rezlooks-Milk for Mac users and lovers.

How did you changed nautilus settings in order to make icons look that way? I mean, so small and so ordered? Just zooming out??

It's Thunar not Nautilus

It has severeal view options and this is compact mode
