It's my Mandrake 8.2 - KDE 3.0.1 destop, running Konsole lsmod, using Mosfet's Liquid, Keramik window deco and True Type antialiased fonts ( rendered by XFt hacked version ).

Right click on Your current taskbar, then select "Remove".
Now again right click on the kicker and select "Add"->Extension->External Taskbar, now move it to the top of Your screen and here You are! ;-)

Hmmm, I don't know what does the IM mean, but anyway if it means Internal Monitoring ;-) ( I was guessing ), it is GKrellm with Acqua theme
