Since you've done this in inkscape only, why don't you release the SVG source and participate in the SVG Wallpaper Challenge (see news section)?

To mess up a Linux box, you need to work at it; to mess up your Windows box, you just need to work on it.

This wallpaper is cute but just one thing:

Pills are falling of with different angles, and the reflection of each one is different. That is, one reflection is like the light is coming from top-left, other with light coming from top-right, and so on...

Anyway, nice wallpaper ;)
