Simple theme. Small title bar. Borrows from RedHat's old Blue Curve, Cimi's Unity, and others.

Very nice. However, I'd use it more frequently if it pickup gtk color to match with my themes :)

It should pick up the gtk colors... I've noticed that metacity sometimes doesn't do the right thing. Try switching the gtk theme first, then switch the metacity theme.

The font is HandelGotD and the icon theme is GnomeElephant-Marine.

Just switching the gtk theme will do it. The theme used in the mini-screen-shot is Dark Elagance.
