finally, logging feature added, great!
I remember having requested this, even proposed to do it myself :)
I must admit, I was just too lazy :-(
and, of course, not sure if I would have succeeded with my limited qt-programming skills.
so, a big thanks to you, Alex!

Hi, there:

I use USB to RS232 converter. I can use minicom to open /dev/ttyUSB0, but I can't do it in cutecom.

I also have such a USB to RS232 adapters and /dev/ttyUSB0 works fine for me. Are you sure *all* settings are the same?

Excellent application Neundorf. I'll be using this app on a daily basis. Thank you!

 Sessions

by Moppel on: Oct 26 2015

Score 50%

In the recent past, I have two instances of cutecom running at the same time, monitoring two different embedded devices. Both configured with two different baud rates. Having (named) sessions with the settings stored, would help quite a lot.
I'd might even try have a go on this but moving the sources to github or something similar would make providing a pull request much smoother.
Any chance?
Alternativly: Any recommendation for a similar software?
