instructions:

rename the icon to: distributor-logo.png

copy and paste the icon into the:
/home/user/.icons/yourthemeicons/22x22/places
/home/user/.icons/yourthemeicons/24x24/places
/home/user/.icons/yourthemeicons/48x48/places
(create the folders "22x22/places", "24x24/places", "48x48/places"

the wallpaper is here: http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/ubuntu+red+?content=61346

finally, in the console type:
killall gnome-panel

It doesn't really matter, but whenever I take a screenshot of beryl to show it off, I temporarily turn up my anti aliasing to 16x so it looks even better :)

the icon theme is aero (http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Aero?content=35437) but I change some icons, folders, pc, button of turn off, etc. I download of diferents web of icons, but I dont remember, watch the web http://www.customxp.net/images/PngFactory/ there are many icons you can download.
