Plasma5 applet that displays a panel with a set of system actions

If you find a bug or have thought about a new feature, please, feel free to post your feedback.

[*] Supported actions:
- Standby (turn off monitor to save energy)
- Lock screen
- Leave (log out, restart or shut down the computer)
- Switch user (switch user o create new session)
- Sleep (suspend to RAM)
- Hibernate (suspend to disk)

[*] Other features:
- Supports different layouts
- Ability to rearrange icons
- Fully customizable icons

[*] Supported languages:
- English (default)
- French
- Spanish
- Other languages are welcome. Please, check TRANSLATORS.README file for details.

I test your plasma5 applet and it work fine for me.
In the TODO file I see you want doing localization.

I make your applet with localization, I test for french and that work.

Hi Chepioq,

I've already downloaded and checked your changes. I have to say you did an absolutely awesome job!

I have already developed a few new features that I want to release tomorrow in version 1.1.0. I've been testing everything along this week and I don't want to add anything new in very last minute. This said, my plan is to incorporate your localization changes in version 1.2.0. My guess is that it should be ready by the next week. Since I have made a few text changes, I might need a quick update from you side too.

I hope that works for you.

Thank you, but I am not a dev, and I don't know how make a code.
I just copy and adapt the localization code from plasmoid Distro Watcher : http://kde-look.org/content/show.php/Distro+Watcher+?content=157314

I await version 1.10 and I will tell you what to change in the translation.
