No, I'm not going to start reprimanding you about imitating another OS like I'm all high and mighty, nor am I going to flip out at you for putting the download as an "Ubuntu Download," but I would like to know if it is only for Ubuntu or if it's just a general GTK 2 theme.

No, I'm not going to start reprimanding you about imitating another OS like...
Check Please:
Buttons, behaviour, program's compatibility...
Imitating OS like, it's a goal...

General GTK 2 theme...

Then you should change the download from "Ubuntu Download" to just a general download. Much more than Ubuntu uses GTK.

 Great theme-Question

First, thanks for the great theme, it looks really neat, just like Mac OS X.

I have a little question though, I'm kinda new to the "tuning" your desktop thing and I don't know how to put the minimize/maximize/close buttons on the left side rather than the default right side, can you explain me how or give me a link to find the info I need please?

Simply install Compiz and Emerald.
You can install Compiz and Emerald from Synaptic and it will have it's own theme manager that will download themes you can install.
Or:
Open a Terminal from the menu Applications->Accessories->Terminal and type:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install emerald compizconfig-settings-manager compiz-extra-gnome

give your user password when requested, you don't see nothing when you type it, then press enter.

My emerald theme is not readi yet but...

Thanks of the quick reply, I appreciate it, and will try Emerald soon.
I already have Compiz, but not Emerald.
I found another solution to set the buttons on the left when using metacity:

Alt + F2 then type gconf-editor

Then on the left panel click apps - metacity - general

After that on the right pannel go to Button-Layout and change the value to:

close,maximize,minimize:menu

You can arrange the buttons the way you like, set them in the order you want separated by commas and the colon separates left side from right side.

PS:
Emerald is Window Decorator
You'll need to enable 3D desktop effects!

None of the links work for this. The author doesn't seem to be around to fix this.
