Description:

This is a simple digital photo (made with Panasonic DMC-FZ1), the color shift is made by white-balance setup. Had to slightly edit it, to remove the antenna in the bottom (see the changelog). More shots (also regular-color one) of the same situation are available, i can send/upload them on demand. I believe this one is best though.

v1: first upload
v2: i noticed (and fixed) the annoying antenna in the bottom; didn't notice when shooting the photo; also added the full-size (1600x1200) version

Found out why. Domain seems to be on the same server as freedesktop.org, and freedesktop.org was broken into two days ago.

I really like this wallpaper, but it still has a small problem. On the bottom right half there is a light blue speck, it does not seem natural and does not fit in. It should look darker, similar to the colors surrounding it.

Well, i suppose it's lens flare or something like that, it was, after all, shooting the sun =). Maybe i'll update it someday with a fixed version. But i find it much less of a problem than the antenna was (which i had removed promptly) :).
