additional nuoveXT toolbar icons

These toolbar and menu icons are my personal additions to/modifications of the nouveXT icon theme (no independent theme). They also go well with the nuvoX icons which also use a lot of the nuoveXT icons or with Vista-Inspirate.

Some icons you have to assign manually in the appropriate toolbars like e.g. the terminalemulator icon for the konqueror extra toolbar and some menu icons in amarok which you have to add to the toolbar first before you can assign an icon (you can remove them from the toolbar after that, the new menu icon stays).

I remade the "save file (as)" icons for they were too small, the "file new" icon for it was too big, the printer icon for its border was too pale,... I also added the typical shadow to some icons and made some koffice icons which were completey missing. And I did some borrowing at the crystalclear icon set, especially for the undo/redo icons and the copy/paste ones. Some icons I just copied under a new name because they were missing or misspelled.

But look for yourself, maybe there is one or the other icon you find useful too :) I mainly made the toolbar icons in 32x32 because that's my favorite toolbar size so it might be that not all icons are available in other sizes. If you want to use the icons in a smaller size rescale them with gimp and apply the sharpening filter afterwards.
