It's CompizMurrina, made for FusionLive. It can be found here: http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Compiz-Fusion+Dark+Live+CD+Murrina?content=78513

 Awesome! minor flaw though...

Whenever I fullscreen a window the buttons disappear, you can get the buttons back by minimizing the window by clicking where you think the minimize button should be. Not a huge problem but is there any chance you could fix this, please? I absolutely love the theme though, fantastic work!

I think I discovered something that may help in fixing this issue, I think it has something to do with the 'Titlebar object layout' settings. The current theme has all the extra buttons using this setting:
A()Y():T:H()S()N()X()C

If I change the setting to more of a normal layout the issue goes away:
(4)I(6)T::HNXC

So maybe something in there is just formatted incorrectly? Or perhaps this is a universal Emerald issue when a theme uses the extra buttons such as what you used in this theme. Hope this helps.
